Meet Limor Weinstein: The Heart Behind Bespoke Wellness Partners

Founder and Executive Director

Limor Weinstein is more than just a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Eating Disorder Specialist—she’s a passionate advocate dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges with compassion and care. Her journey began with her own experience overcoming anorexia and bulimia, inspiring her to spend the last 20 years supporting others on their path to healing. As the founder and director of Bespoke Wellness Partners, Limor has created a space where mental health care is personalized, holistic, and empowering.

Throughout her career, Limor has led with purpose and innovation. She’s served as President of the New York Mental Health Association (Metro Chapter) and Co-chair of the Academy of Eating Disorders Innovation and Technology Division. Her PhD research delves into the experiences of teens in counseling and the challenges of treating severe anorexia nervosa, emphasizing the need for comprehensive, tailored care.

At Bespoke Wellness Partners, Limor’s approach is rooted in two key frameworks:

  • Polyvagal Theory: Helping individuals understand how their nervous system impacts their emotions and behaviors, promoting safety, connection, and emotional regulation.

  • Transactional Analysis: Guiding people to recognize communication patterns and build healthier, more fulfilling relationships.

Limor’s passion for mental health is shaped by her life experiences—from growing up in Israel and serving as a commander in the Israeli military to raising three children with love and resilience. Her unwavering commitment is to help every individual feel heard, supported, and empowered to live a healthier, happier life.

Matt Perry

Chief Financial Officer

Matt has been in the Professional Services industry for over 25+ years, holding management positions in both Operations and Finance. His background is in strategic planning and efficiency management.

Matt is passionate about helping families find the best help they can get. He knows that finding the right Therapist can take precious time and is eager to help ensure matches are made quickly so the healing process can begin. He lives in Manhattan with his wife and 3 teenage daughters.

Karen Manasse

Chief Financial Officer

Karen is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who obtained her Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from the University of Pennsylvania and her Master’s Degree in Social Work from NYU.  She has also received advanced training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and she has trained and supervised social workers in that model.  

 

Karen has worked with children, their families, and adults for twenty-five years.  She has been employed in a variety of settings, including schools and after-school programs, Safe Horizon, and Mount Sinai.  Karen has been the director of programs at several sites, supervising therapists while creating and building mental health programs and providing therapy to clients. In addition, Karen taught at NYU Silver School of Social Work in the Master’s program for 16 years, 

 

In addition to her experience with trauma work, Karen utilizes a psychodynamic approach, a family therapy perspective, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and other modalities.  She always recognizes the individual in their environment, considering their biological, psychological, social, and cultural influences.  She cares deeply about her clients and feels grateful for the opportunity to support them in difficult times.

Kajol Ghotra

Chief Financial Officer

Kajol is a dedicated mental health counselor and manager, currently serving as Managing Director at Bespoke Wellness Partners. In this role, she provides individual and couples therapy using a range of evidence-based modalities, including CBT, DBT, ACT, Polyvagal Therapy, and Transactional Analysis. She also utilizes the Bespoke KARMA Method, originally created by Limor Weinstein, to deliver personalized, holistic care to her clients.

As Managing Director, Kajol oversees the organization’s operations, ensuring team alignment with organizational goals and fostering a collaborative, goal-oriented environment. She works closely with team members to establish and achieve monthly objectives, supports professional development, and ensures the delivery of high-quality care. Her leadership includes coordinating efforts across clinical and administrative teams to promote seamless, effective client experiences.

Kajol’s management experience extends to Whitecap Search, where she served as Senior Director, leading recruitment efforts, managing a team of recruiters, and driving significant business growth. She has worked extensively with high-risk populations, applying her therapeutic expertise in wellness self-management and fostering strong collaborative relationships within clinical and nonclinical teams.

Kajol’s diverse experience in clinical practice and organizational leadership underscores her commitment to innovation, growth, and compassionate care in the mental health field.

Eti Moskowitz

Chief Financial Officer

After leaving her home country Israel and moving to NYC, Eti was placed on the path of spirituality and eventually worked at a non-profit organization for nearly two decades. During that time, Eti built coaching relationships with her clients and coached them through every stage of their lives including relationships, self-esteem, break-ups, motherhood, and their career.

In her coaching, Eti creates a safe space for her clients to feel seen and heard. She focuses on identifying their inner strengths, recognizing their gifts on a deep level, and believing in themselves and their uniqueness in the world. In the process of their work together, Eti helps her clients identify their fears and limiting beliefs that no longer serve them. Through her work, she uses a blend of coaching, spirituality and different healing modalities (like theta healing and access consciousness bars) that helps reduce the level of stress and anxiety and create a stronger sense of self-worth.

Eti lives in NYC Raising her three children-Rachel 17, Hannah,16 & Moshe, 9.

In her free time you can find Eti at equinox attending barre class or at the dance studio dancing salsa, cha cha and Argentinian tango.

Ortal Weinberg

Chief Financial Officer

Ortal is a Mental Health Counselor who obtained her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Pace University and holds a Family Psychotherapy Masters in Arts from Columbia University-Teachers college, as well as her Bachelor in Arts in Psychology from Hofstra University. She has experience working with individuals of all populations, from seven years old to geriatric age and has worked with various diagnoses.

 

Ortal practices and emphasizes her genuine and non-judgmental approach and incorporates positive psychology and mindfulness-based interventions to help clients reach their individual goals.

Ortal is interested in working with adolescents on improving their self esteem and confidence lifting using a variety of methods. 

 

Outside of the office, Ortal enjoys spending time outdoors and being active with her dog. She would like to travel the world and experience different cultures and learn about their habits and practices.

Ofra Markowitz

Chief Financial Officer

Ofra is a licensed clinical social worker who specializes in individual, couples and family therapy. She has received her first Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Teachers College Columbia University in 2008, and her second Master's degree in Social Work from NYU in 2012. Ofra has a passion for studying the link between brain systems and their effects on behaviors. Her methods of therapy also include psychodynamic and mindfulness based theories. Ofra was born and raised in Israel, served in the Israeli Defense Forces, and has two grown children. She has been living in the United States for over 25 years now.

Keisha Berglund

Chief Financial Officer

Keisha is a licensed clinical social worker who received her Master’s degree in Social Work from New York University and her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Nutrition and Health Science at the University of California, Santa Barbara. Keisha also received post-graduate psychoanalytic training at the National Institute for Psychotherapies and completed additional certification in Palliative and End of life Care at New York University. 

 

Keisha is a psychotherapist who has experience working in various settings, including private practice, group therapy, and within a hospital where she specializes in palliative and end of life care and in helping individuals and families cope with loss, grief, and chronic illness. Keisha is passionate about holistic forms of healing and furthering the connection between the mind and body. In therapy, she employs a person-centered, humanistic, and strengths-based perspective to help clients explore and connect to the highest version of themselves.

Emily Dugoff 

Chief Financial Officer

Emily received her Bachelors in Psychology from the University of Michigan and is a Clinical Psychology Trainee at Hofstra University in the PhD in Clinical Psychology Program. Emily is fervently devoted to providing individuals with tools to find themselves, gain agency, commit to their values, and harness inherent strengths to heal and grow as they make life transitions. 

 

Emily previously interned on an inpatient unit at New York Presbyterian Hospital where she gained direct exposure to adolescents and young adults with Borderline Personality Disorder. She also has experience co-leading intervention programs using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to enhance the well-being of school-aged children. During the initial phase of the COVID-19 pandemic, Emily took initiative and developed an intervention program to mitigate the long-term repercussions of the pandemic on mental health by providing individuals with coping skills, virtual companionship, and a safe place to voice their fears. 

 

In her free time, Emily enjoys being with family and friends, listening to music, babysitting, and watching gymnastics.

Orie Soffer

Chief Financial Officer

Orie is currently completing a bachelor’s degree in nutrition, with extensive experience working with children. She provides compassionate, evidence-based nutrition support through a client-centered approach, helping individuals develop a healthy relationship with food.

 

Orie specializes in guiding clients to connect their mind and body to food in a way that fosters balance, empowerment, and long-term well-being. She is committed to setting personalized, achievable goals for her clients and creating a positive, judgment-free environment where they can nourish their bodies and develop sustainable habits. In addition to her professional expertise, Orie is dedicated to promoting balance, understanding, and kindness in her practice.

 

Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, playing the piano, and experimenting with new recipes. She will begin pursuing her master’s degree in nutrition in the fall to further enhance her knowledge and skills.

Rachel Shamouelian

Chief Financial Officer

With years of experience guiding children and young adults toward self-actualization, Rachel integrates her deep understanding of personal growth, relationships, and spirituality into her coaching practice. Her background in psychology and social work has refined her expertise in helping clients navigate relationship challenges and the complexities of the world, offering a unique blend of emotional well-being and spiritual insight.

Raised with a strong foundation in spirituality, Rachel approaches her work with compassion and a holistic view, helping her clients manage life transitions and foster deeper connections with both themselves and others. Her primary desire is to support individuals in building resilience and strength, empowering them to overcome life's challenges with confidence and clarity. 

 

By helping clients uncover their fears and limitations, Rachel empowers them to reclaim control over their lives and take their power back into their own hands. Rachel's mission is to be a strong support system for her clients, helping them embrace their true potential while cultivating lasting emotional growth.
