Bereavement for Adults Group

This 4 week virtual group is led by Keisha Berglund, a Licensed Psychotherapist who specializes in helping individuals and families cope with loss, grief, and chronic illness. This group is for individuals who have lost a loved one and are seeking a nurturing environment to continue processing their grief.

In this group participants will be able to:​

•Gain support within a safe and caring space among others who can relate

•Express feelings or thoughts that may be creeping into your day to day life or keeping you awake at night

•Explore new ways to adjust to your grief

•Have the opportunity to connect with others, decrease feelings of isolation, and increase hopefulness
