Girl Talk: A Mental Fitness Club for Girls

Through the use of Cognitive Behavioral techniques, young girls will become empowered to develop a positive sense of who they are, improving their mental well-being.

is a 12-week closed group for teen girls led by a Mental Health Professional. Using Bespoke's signature KARMA method, participants will learn to create a new culture for themselves and other young girls where they develop a positive sense of who they are and how they think, feel, and act.
