About the event
A select few teen girls with a passion for helping others will work with a mentor using the signature KARMA Method to strengthen their overall well-being in order to soon become mentors of their own!
The KARMA Method Mentorship Program is a 12-week closed group for teen girls led by a Mental Health Professional. Participants will be trained in the KARMA Method by immersing themselves in the KARMA experience and partaking in reflective exercises and group discussion. Once participants have completed the KARMA program, they will be eligible to become KARMA coaches and mentor other young girls using the KARMA Method.
