Unplug Yourself: Improve Your Social Skills

In a world of technology and social media, teens will develop skills in navigating social situations in a supportive and structured group environment.

Unplug Yourself is a 6-week closed group for teen boys and girls led by a Mental Health Professional. Using Bespoke's signature KARMA Method, participants will gain skills to navigate social situations and personal growth through the discussion of "unplugging" from technology and social media.
