Eating Disorder Support Group

This 4-week virtual group led by Limor Weinstein, a Licensed Psychotherapist who specializes in eating disorders. Using Bespoke's signature KARMA Method, group members will come to understand their eating disorders while being empowered with evidence-based skills and techniques to lead a healthier life.

Supporting Loved Ones with Eating Disorders

This complimentary virtual group is led by Limor Weinstein, a Licensed Psychotherapist who specializes in eating disorders. Using Bespoke's signature KARMA Method, group members will have a safe place to share their experience living with and supporting a loved one with an eating disorder. Group members will gain a better understanding of their loved ones while learning evidence-based skills and techniques that will empower them.
This group is offered every last Thursday of the month from 7:30 - 9:00 pm

Coping Skills for Parents

This Hebrew-speaking virtual group is led by Limor Weinstein, a Licensed Psychotherapist and parenting expert. Using Bespoke's signature KARMA Method, group members will gain coping skills that will help them manage their own anxiety, which they can use to support their children and teens. With evidence-based skills and techniques, group members will learn how to recognize and manage stress in themselves and their loved ones. 
During this 4 week group you will get:
  • Get a clear understanding of your greatest challenges, areas of struggle, and concerns.
  • Understand how your personal history may be clouding your ability to parent with courage
  • Identify your triggers and learn how to be more in control
  • Explore healthy ways to deeply connect with your kid(s) and partner
  • Cultivate connection with yourself and make time for self care

All group sessions are Hebrew-speaking and take place over Zoom

This 4 week virtual closed group is led by Keisha Berglund, a Licensed Psychotherapist who specializes in helping individuals and families cope with loss, grief, and chronic illness. This group is for individuals who have lost a loved one and are seeking a nurturing environment to continue processing their grief.
In this group participants will be able to:
•Gain support within a safe and caring space among others who can relate
•Express feelings or thoughts that may be creeping into your day to day life or keeping you awake at night
•Explore new ways to adjust to your grief 
•Have the opportunity to connect with others, decrease feelings of isolation, and increase hopefulness  
•Gain tools to help you move forward in this journey

Coping With Coronavirus: Managing Stress, Fear and Anxiety

We Care IAC and Limor Weinstein,​ have teamed up to offer a 4-week free virtual support group for healthcare professionals. Using Bespoke's signature KARMA Method, group members will develop an awareness of the challenges they're facing, and learn evidence-based coping techniques that will help them recognize and manage their anxiety more effectively.
During this 4-week group you will: 
  • Share thoughts and feelings in a safe space, which has been proven to be extremely helpful in facilitating healing
  • Learn how to make time for yourself and overall self care 
  • Identify current triggers and learn how to be more in control
  • Learn how to maintain social relationships while maintaining social distancing
